At Queens, teaching is all about caring, nurturing and developing minds and talents. It is about devoting time, often invisible to every student. Hours of reflective grading, designing and redesigning lesson plans and preparing material to further enhance instructions has been the tenet of work culture in the school.  “Do your duty, but do not concern yourself with results” the basis if this precept from the Bahgwad Gita on “karm” drives our educational philosophy. While the faculty and students work hand in hand, duties are discharged with thoughtful diligence. Not overtly concerning ourselves with the results, the focus lies on the effort to be put in at the moment. As this philosophy has percolated down to the students as well, they have learnt to believe in hard work and are not anxious about the consequences. This has led to consistent good results that have become an incidental outcome over all these years.
