FIT INDIA MOVEMENT aims at behavioural changes from a sedentary lifestyle to a physically active way in day-to-day living. It involves reaching out to people and pushing one’s own boundaries.

  2. 1.YOGA DAY – We celebrated Yoga Day on 21st June 2021 to spread health awareness among our students and parents. A kaleidoscope was created through a range of asanas performed by the students. The ideology that a healthy body is an abode for a healthy mind is zealously followed both by the students and the mentors at the school.
  1. 2.FIT INDIA QUIZ COMPETITION – Road to Tokyo Quiz was conducted on 20th July 2021. Students were given an opportunity to gain knowledge through the leading/current sports event, Olympics.  The quiz was a quick 2 minute knowledge tester of MCQs within 120 seconds to assess updates related to Olympics.
  1. 3.FIT INDIA FREEDOM RUN 2.0 – The freedom run was organized on 25th August 2021to encourage the importance of a routine fitness regime. The concept behind this run was “I can run anywhere, anytime!” 221 students (including NCC cadets) along with 76 teachers participated in this run.
  2. 4.The run was an initiative to motivate, encourage and to get everyone to make fitness a part of their lives. Students were made aware of the current issues of obesity, stress, anxiety and modern age diseases and the measures to avoid them.
