Residential Admission
A transparent policy is adopted at Queens. It is recommended that parents and their daughter/s visit the residential campus to get an idea of the quality of accommodation. They can further explore if the prospective boarder would like to stay in the hostel for three days while the parents stay outside locally.The ward can meet the parents every day and report about her stay. This enables both the parents as well as the ward to be sure about the suitability of the new environment. The final decision can be taken at the end of three days by the parents and their wards.

Admission will be based on results of the previous class, entrance test and interview

Between 1stweek of January to 2nd week of February
Admission will be based on the results of aptitude test, entrance test and interview)

Admission Procedure
- 1. Parents (Father & Mother) must come to the school along with the child seeking admission with the mark sheet of the previous school/class and meet the concerned in-charges.
- 2. If a vacancy exists in that class, the child will be asked to appear for an Entrance Test.
- 3. She will be given admission based on her performance in the entrance test.
- 4. Provisional admission will be given after the selection. Admission will be confirmed after the payment of the fees and the submission of the following documents :
- 1. Mark sheet of Annual Exam of the previous school
- 2. School leaving certificate duly countersigned by the Regional Office in case of Board Examination.
- 3. Passport size photograph of the student (5 copies), Mother (2 copies), Father (2 copies)
- 4. Only two local Guardians are permitted.
- 5. Medical fitness from a recognized medical practitioner
- 6. Once the hostel settlement is done, no withdrawals in the mid-session are permitted and in case of an emergency, the hostel fee of the complete session will have to be paid.
