Queens’ College, Indore celebrated the 76th Independence Day; ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” with great joy and patriotic fervor. The event was marked by the benign presence of Mr. A.K.Yadav, Retired IG BSF.

To commemorate the sovereignty of nation, the chief guest hoisted the national flag and all in unison sang the national anthem. Its echo filled the ambiance with patriotism and nationalism. The students performed a series of brilliant acts to uplift the sense of human excellence and nationalism in all our hearts. Meritorious students of the institution presented speech describing the glory of nation, and illuminating its past, present and vibrant future. They threw light on the struggle of our martyrs and role of present generation in bringing peace and prosperity.

Mr. A.K. Yadav, addressed the gathering and appealed to take pride in being an Indian and fulfill one’s duty and responsibility towards the nation and the world.

Indeed, it was a day of elation, a day of love and respect for the nation, instilling in students the value and reverence for the precious gift of freedom.
