Description
Parents (Father & Mother) must come to the school along with the child seeking admission with the mark sheet of the previous school/class and meet the concerned in-charges.
If a vacancy exists in that class, the child will be asked to appear for an Entrance Test.
She will be given admission based on her performance in the entrance test.
Provisional admission will be given after the selection.
Admission will be confirmed after the payment of the fees and the submission of the following documents :
1. Mark sheet of Annual Exam of the previous school
2. School leaving certificate duly countersigned by the Regional Office in case of Board Examination.
3. Passport size photograph of the student (5 copies), Mother (2 copies), Father (2 copies)
4. Only two local Guardians are permitted.
5. Medical fitness from a recognized medical practitioner
6. Once the hostel settlement is done, no withdrawals in the mid-session are permitted and in case of an emergency, the hostel fee of the complete session will have to be paid.

Parent Participation
Our school respects parents as partners in building the future of a student. The school and the guardians work hand in glove in translating the aspirations of the young minds into reality. The school is transparent in its sharing of planning and learning objectives with the parents.
PTM-
Parent participation happens through regular parent teacher meetings. This helps in resolving learning difficulties if any.
Special Assembly-
Our parents are our ‘Resources’. They are invited in school assemblies for talks and presentations as per their interest. It is enriching experience as well as creates healthy bonding between parents and school.
Workshop conducted by the parents-
Workshops are also conducted for parents on various topics ranging from ‘Parenting to Exam preparation, Time management ,health and hygiene and many more similar areas of interests to the parents.

Syllabus for Entrance
Admission Policy
1. Registration does not ensure admission.
2. Admission for Girls and Boys in Nursery, Junior K.G. and Senior K.G. is available to the students who fulfill the age criteria i.e., 3 yrs. for Nursery, 4 yrs. for Junior K.G., 5 yrs. for Senior K.G. and 6 yrs. for Grade-1 by 31st March of the year when the session starts.
3. This form will NOT BE ACCEPTED without a photograph of the ward & Birth Certificate.
4. Classes I to IX and XI – Students joining from any other institution must attach a photocopy of the mark sheet of the Annual Examination or Half Yearly Examination of the last school attended which will be verified with the original at the Reception.
5. Complete forms will be accepted only between 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on all working days.
6. Parents are advised to secure a receipt of Registration Form and preserve it. The form number will have to be quoted in all future references.
7. Bus facility is available for students provided the student is on the route decided by the college. Temporary changes are not permitted. Bus fees is non refundable. Bus routes once fixed will not be changed due to any reason (except in the case of shifting of residence)
8. If admitted, the parents have to deposit the admission charges along with the first installment fees within two days. Else the admission is likely to be cancelled.
9. Four colored photographs of the student and one each of Father, Mother and Guardian (if any) are required to complete the admission form.
10. Photocopy of Birth Certificate has to be attached along with registration form. No change of Date of Birth will be entertained later. We will be following the Date of Birth mentioned in the Birth Certificate / Transfer Certificate in all our records.
11. Both the parents have to come for the interaction as per the date and time given.
12. In case of withdrawal of a child in the mid session after admission, only the Caution Money will be refunded.
13. Attach copy of Aadhar & SSMID.
14. Medical fitness certificate by a recognized physician is also required.
15. The form is likely to be rejected if it is incomplete or if any discrepancy found.
